I'm Blogging, Again!

One of the things I had been dreaming about in 2022 was to get back into blogging. I started a blog in 2011 when I rediscovered knitting and wanted to share my projects and connect with other fiber enthusiasts. Over time, that blog morphed into a podcast and then a YouTube channel. Eventually, all blogging ceased!

So why blog again? Remembering the good old days of blogging, I realize how much I miss it! Maybe it's the introvert in me, but I appreciate having a space where I can quietly collect and articulate my thoughts.

That's swell! But what would I share here that I'm not already sharing on my YouTube channel or Instagram?  To be honest, I'm not 100% sure where I'm going with this new venture. I'm the type who likes to throw spaghetti at a wall to see what sticks. But for starters, I'd like to share the more random, miscellaneous, non-crafty stuff — the people, places, and things that inspire and make me who I am. There's more to me than just knitting and hand-dyeing yarn. I also love movies, history, fashion, podcasts, travel, home decor, CATS, and more! That's a lot of videos and videos take time to edit and, honey, there aren't enough hours in the day.

So, I've decided that I'm sticking to crafts on YouTube. For all the other stuff, I'm sticking it here. If that tickles your fancy, welcome to my blog! I'm so happy to have you along for the ride ... wherever it is we're going! 😜
